Jonathan was a very happy bunny this morning when he awoke to find that the Easter bunny had managed to figure out, just where in the world Jonathan was, and was still able to make an on time delivery. He is thrilled with his chocolate rabbit, eggs, new color magic pens and paper, but especially his new armbands. The lifeguards at the pool told him he needed some to help him learn to swim. That Easter bunny, she's so smart.

Yesterday we ventured into Khobar with Curt. We had a great time, we started at the Jarir Bookstore. No surprise to hear that Jonathan did not walk out empty handed. He has now got 3 new computer games, the Wizard of Oz, Monsters Inc., and Spongebob. Even before we can out he was begging to go to lunch, it was 10am. What can I say, he's a boy and therefore needs food to be shoveled in at regular intervals, of which the shorter the better. We then went down town, and passed by what still remains of the Al-Shula Mall.

It was at 11:30 that we put Jonathan out of his misery and headed to Chili's. This is perhaps Jonathan's favorite place on earth. More because the one in London has a train that goes around the ceiling than the food.

I am sitting at the computer in the dining room waiting for the chandelier to come crashing down as Jonathan is practicing his daredevil jumps in our bedroom above. He jumps from the chest of drawers down onto the foam pad that he uses for a bed. There is a sudden thud and then the chandelier starts to shake a little bit more. Explaining this one to Aramco maintenance is going to be a good one.
